SHOPPING INFORMATION

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, delivery charges will be displayed.

Additional deliver charges may apply for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

An estimated delivery time local or international will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not deliver on [Sundays].

After ordering you will receive an email about your order. If necessary, Sri Dalada Maligawa’ Online Store officer will contact you by phone call.

You will definitely receive an invoice to your email upon ordering.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We deeply believe you will be thrilled with the products you received from Sri Dalada Maligawa’ Online Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re just what you need. However, that sometimes it may not be what you expected. In that unlikely event of damaged product please do call us  081-2 234 226 and  071-3 785 555 immediately or drop us an email to store@sridaladamaligawa.lk as claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivering the products. We will pick up the damaged items and re-deliver the corrective items soon as it has been reported or offer you a refund for the faulty or damaged items.

Your money is refunded depends on how you made the original payment. If you paid with a credit/debit card, the money is refunded to your credit/debit card. The refund-processing time will depend on the bank’s processing time, but most refunds take 24 – 48 Hour.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its original packaging along with the original receipt within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it for you. Please do not remove any barcodes, original packaging to claim a rebate until you are sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept any damage to the manufacturer’s package.
